LaShonda Renea is an Associate General Counsel for A-dec, Inc., a global leader in dental furniture manufacturing. She has extensive commercial contracting experience. In her current role she serves as a business friendly contracts facilitator who plays a lead role in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. She is a highly collaborative person who is able to provide proactive and creative solutions/strategies that are responsive to internal stakeholder needs.

LaShonda Renea is passionate about wellness and emotional health within the legal profession. She serves as a mentor and coach helping women lawyers renegotiate what a healthy work/life integration means for them and how to acquire it. She educates, empowers, and equips her mentees and clients to take a proactive approach to minimizing worry, stress and anxiety.

LaShonda Renea earned her Bachelor’s degree from Fayetteville State University in North Carolina, her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans, and a Masters of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
