Glen Sproviero is Associate General Counsel and Director of Ethics at Verizon Communications. In that role, he is responsible for day-to-day management of the company’s ethics organization, which serves approximately 120,000 employees in over 44 countries. Verizon Ethics is the company’s primary resource for matters relating to business integrity, ethics, and a variety of compliance issues. It administers the Code of Conduct, and works with the broader Compliance organization on training, employee outreach, communications, and internal investigations. Before joining Verizon, Glen spent two years as a federal law clerk and was in private practice in New York, where he specialized in white-collar criminal defense and commercial litigation. He is a graduate of Fordham College (AB in Philosophy), University of St Andrews (MPhil in Intellectual History), and Rutgers Law School.
