Rebecca is Head of Compliance for Norstella, where she is responsible for Compliance, Risk and ESG. Previously working for a FTSE 100 as Group Director of Corporate Compliance, Ethics & Corporate Responsibility. Rebecca has experience in designing ESG strategies, in-depth knowledge of ESG reporting for listed companies and experience as C-suite advisor on Compliance, Ethics and ESG matters.

Rebecca’s background prior to broadening into the ESG space is in anti-bribery, corruption and business dealings in high-risk locations; in the aerospace, defence and IT industries. Rebecca is a champion of organisational culture shaping, advocating the links between conduct and business performance as a certified culture facilitator from Senn Delaney.
