As Senior Legal Counsel at OpenText, Jane Marie Russell provides legal guidance in the areas of privacy, confidentiality, IP and other legal risks associated with the development, operation, and implementation of technology products, systems and innovations.

Jane Marie is part of The Miami Foundation’s Miami Fellows Class XI and volunteers regularly with Food Rescue US, a non-profit committed to reducing food waste and food insecurity in the United States.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Notre Dame, Master of Arts from Florida International University, and Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
