As the head of HR Analytics, Nash leads the Analytics data science efforts, bringing new perspectives, creative problem solving, and inter-departmental connections that improve analytical capabilities. By gathering and analyzing data from multiple internal sources, Nash‘s team produces impactful metrics that show key performance indicators and identify areas of improvement while employing strong data governance standards.
Nash 15+ year career includes analytical roles owning the execution of all elements of the plan including but not limited to tactical delivery, executive alignment, relationship governance, metrics definitions, and standardization in both the financial services and technology industries. He has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Syracuse University and holds numerous certifications – Wharton’s Business Analytics: From Data to Insights, ScrumMaster Certification (CSM) and Sprinklr Social Media Management System Certification (SMMS).
