I am a qualified solicitor in the UK and South Africa with extensive legal experience in the pharmaceutical industry. In 2021, I completed my PhD in employment law and gender studies focussing on the impact of flexible working in advancing career progression of professional women with caregiving responsibilities.
This research has contributed to a genuine interest in and knowledge of diversity and inclusion, the right to request legislation and the role that organisations can play in cultivating workplace cultures conducive to creating a global, high performance and flexible workforce fit for the future.
