Ayushi is a rank holder Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of experience in the finance field, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Johnson & Johnson Global Finance. She has also completed her Program for Leadership Development from Harvard Business School, Boston.

She has led the business in a growth phase, sustainability phase & start- up phase . She has been given opportunities to lead across the spectrum of the finance function ranging from business finance, Accounting, FP&A, Supply chain, Analytics etc including people management at a local and global level.

She is passionate about leveraging her extensive knowledge to optimize financial outcomes and contribute to the success of organization.
